Disclaimer. I am not starting a thread to sell. I know that this forum is not for posting items for sale.

I have a 120 gallon, standard dimension, acrylic aquarium. I had bought it right before my kids were born. It's been 5 and half years and I had not been able to get around to set it up. Now I am remodeling my kitchen/family room and incorporated into the design a new tank with different dimensions. I'd like to sell the 120.

My question is, before I actually post the sales announcement, should I worry about the integrity or the strength of the tank? It's been sitting empty inside an air conditioned house for about 5 and half years, except for the 3 times that I filled it up with water to test the pump and the stand.

The tank is constructed with 1/2 inch clear acrylic.

Thanks,
Chia

Seams of the tank should be fine. Just do leak test first.

I thought so, but wanted confirmation from folks with more experience with acrylic.

Thanks!
