Help making a carbon and Phos reactor

ok, Im wondeinr gif anyone has seen plans for making small media reactors. I am so limited in space, that I cant even fit a 2LF reactor.

Just wondering is anyone has seen any that are smaller, even if they are made. I have access to a CNC machine also.

Also, how do people make the groves in a acrylic for screws?

The grooves (threads) in pipes (PVC, Acrylic or otherwise) are made by using a "tap".

IF.... I was going to make them, I'd do it out of PVC pipe.

IMO, any smaller than the tlf reactor is gonna be too small to be worth the effort. I have made my own - using pvc - they worker ok, but were a major pia to clean - i now use BRS reactors - very nice, easy to use/service
