Help with various dips

We all read about dipping coral and fish before they go into display, and it seems most posts just say fresh water dip or lugals without further explaination. I was wondering if someone could expain or point me to a source that goes over the different dips and how to correctly do them and when they are indicated for their various uses. Thanks so much

i use the tropic marin dip the stuff is awsome.
you can get it at aquacave.com and it goes into more detail from there.
