Do I have enough Flow?

I have a 40 gal cube design tank...

It has a Mag 5 return thru a sea swirl, K1 in one corner and a MJ1200 in the other....
Is this enough flow for my tank??

Do I need to have the flow just across the top of the tank where the sps are or should I move one powerhead down??

I know random flow is the best, that is why I was thinking the sea swirl would be a good idea...

any help would be great!!!!!!

The best way to tell is your corals. I try to shoot for having my polyps swaying back and forth in the water.
