What is the difference?

OK, my 29gal has been running now for about a month and a half. All is doing great. I am in the market to upgrade the filtration and have been looking around on line. I have come across these two units. Eshopps Reef Sumps & Eshopps Wet-Dry Filters. Now I can see that the Sump has more room to add extra equipment/live rock, where the Wet/Dry does not. If I am only going to be keeping soft corals (ie: mushrooms, leathers, polyps) which one would be better? I noticed that the Sump has a sock where the Wet/Dry has the prefilter, then bio balls.
