transfered to a new 29 on friday. cpr bak pak for now but will have a sump within the month.

i like the aquascaping. not a bad start.

I like the aquascaping too. It looks like you have some nice coraline covered LR already! :D

I personally would add some sort of backing to the tank so you hide all the wires though.. Just a thought.

well basically i switched over tanks. i had an old 29g since i was a little kid but i just started a saltwater tank 2yrs ago, so the rocks have been in there for a bit. i bought a brand new one last week and transfered everything and ill make a DIY sump soon enough. i have a 150w MH fixture with actinics over it now. ive kept a few different corals before, zoos, lps, some sps, and mushrooms too. also clownfish and anemones. im gonna start fresh now that i kinda know what i like and what i dont like i think im gonna stock it with zoos, brains, favias, and some sps. maybe some rics too. the thing is all the good lfs are like 45 mins away :O heres some pics of what was in the old tank

looks good. What kind of starfish is that? Were did you get ur lights. Im having trouble finding lights for a 29g and was wondering were you got yours. Thanks and goodluck.

im not sure what kind of lights they are, theres no name brand on it. its 24" though. 150w phoenix bulb and some actinics that ive been meaning to switch out. im also not sure about the starfish, theyre common not too far from where i live, my buddy thomas has one in his tank too. they look pretty BA.

ok so it took a couple weeks for the skimmer to arrive and today i set my sump up. so heres a couple pictures of it, any feedback would be appreciated.
