I actually had this working for a split second before losing the settings via a sync with itunes.

I am connected to the controller, or so it appears, but I am unable to see the status of the timers or probes. The top probe area does not have any items to select below it like "control" and "info" does. Is there something I am missing?

It's like I am connected, but not receiving any data if that makes sense...

Now I am wondering if when I resync I ended up with a newer version of iphone app (2.1) which maybe isn't compatible with the firmware I am running on the AC3 (3.30S)?

If you upgraded the AC3's firmware to the latest, then you need the latest iPhone AquaNotes too. You also have to connect now to port 80 and not 23.

What is the official latest AC3 firmware? I know there is one that was/is in the beta stages.

Will 3.3 firmware work with 2.1 iphone ap?

3.4 is has been official for a number of months; you will need to upgrade.

That must be it.

Is there anyway to revert my iphone app to the older version?

I only have macs in the house and will need to borrow a pc to update the controller (unless that has changed).

I don't know if the older version is online, maybe the person who wrote the iPhone app will chime in...

Has there been any talk about being able to update the firmware via OS X yet?

The Apex is being investigated but not the AC3 family of controllers (not that I have heard of).

Ken- Do you think the firmware 3.4 is stable enough to make the upgrade? I still see a lot of issues in the firmware thread being disucssed (and not a lot of solutions being discussed). I wonder if there is a way to track down version 1.2 of the iphone app, if I might be better off until the bugs get worked out?

3.4 has been in general use for a number of months and I've been running on my AC3 since beta with no issues. I haven't heard of any bad issues with the exception of needing to disable "AquaServer" else you can get unexpected reboots.

Thanks for your help. I upgraded to firmware 3.4 last night and was able to reconnect with the latest verison 2.1 of the iphone app.
