What are these? I believe that they are not good! What harm do they cause? And how do I be rid if them?

They do look like Aiptasia. Peppermint Shrimp (PS) do a good job at getting rid of them but some species of PS can damage your small polyps and other corals. Lysmata wurdenmanni is the reef safe species. They also look good in your tank if you don't like them only put one in and then remove it after a week or two to ensure it has eaten all of the Aiptasias. If you have a shrimp eating fish this will obviously not work and will waste money. There are chemicals you can use to get rid of them which are also reef safe, calcium hydroxide (kalkwasser) works really well. Just put the kalkwasser in a syringe and squirt it over the anemone.

I have not had any shrimp live since I have a long nose hawk fish. I do dose pickeling lime. are you saying to dose directily on the Aiptasias?

Inject Kalk straight into it. Works pretty good but might take a few doses to do the job.

Just buy one of the many market sold solutions (i.e. Joe's Juice) and nuke those things...they can get out of control before you know it. Also, watch how much your feeding your tank. One sure fire way to tell a tank has too much nutrients are these buggers!
