What are your Calcium, Alkalinity and magnesium readings? These all work together and until those readings are stable you will have problems raising and maintaining PH.

dont have a calcium or mag test in my kit but the rest of my tests are
NH3 = .25
NO2 = < 3
KH = 9.5
PH = 7.7
co2 = 5
salt = 1.022
temp = 79 f

Readings don't look too bad for a fish only although i would try to get the Nitrates down to zero. You may want to bring your SG up a little bit. It's on the low side now and you don't have much room for error. Get a test kit for calcium and mag. and see what those readings are. Every time I've had PH problems in the past i was able to trace it back to low ALK, Cal or mag.
