Your safest bet would be one of the sand dwelling anemones such as long tentacled or haddoni.

Agree w/ that also.
I had a sebae(h.crispa) and LTA(m.doreensis) for 5.5 years mixed w/ sps w/out probs.
Sps at top of tank and plenty of space from nems.

Yep, the only anemone I would keep with SPS is a sand dwelling one. I have Haddonis in all my tanks -- which have SPS. The only issues I have had is when I frag falls and lands in the Haddoni, unless you are able to remove it right away, the odds are good that you will lose the frag.

In the past I had BTAs with SPS, and while the "mother" stayed put, the clones would move until they found a spot and would sting any SPS they came in contact with.

Ya when you have a tank with sps and anemone the best ones are sand dwelling anemones. In my sps tank I have a Macrodactlya Doreensis that is about 14 to 16 inches in diameter.

The best route, which has worked for me is to put sps into an anemone tank (i.e let the nem settle for a few months) not the other way around this still wont guarantee that you will not loose the odd colony but it does open you up to keeping some of the rock dwelling species.
