Hi,
I noticed one of my Tunze' 6000 was not working...Cleaned it per instruction, no dice.....it's like it's binding, but won;t spim, no alarm either...tried it with other transformers and boxes with no luck...can I send it in for a look?
I run your pumps in most of my tanks; love them; if this doesn't work, I saw a post about a credit towards a 6105? What would I need to send in and where?
