Started the cycle. When is it safe to add a clean up crew.

not yet, wait until ammonia and nitrite have been 0 for several days and do a water change to dilute the nitrate formed, then add some, a lot of reefers also wait until nitrate is zero as well, no hurry, just monitor the cycle and wait for a while.
