I can't stand the lack of help I get from the thousands of reefers at Reef Central. Don't take it badly it seems to be a trend on most reef forums. I should just post thousands of pointless meaningless question's to get my numbers up than maybe I can get some help around here. Maybe I should just let my tanks fail badly and watch the damn nitrates eat holes through my stock.
Now that I've wined like a baby can anyone tell me where I get replacement parts for a bubble magus, it arrived with a shattered collection cup and Nueocean went or vacation for a month, I pulled my macro/DSB out of the sump to make room for the damn thing and my clams will die from heart disease in a few days if I dont get a fix......short of super gluing 50 pieces together.

There must be a customer service number to call, and someone should be able to help you. Until you can fix the problem I would do frequent water changes.

Sorry to hear about your problems. One suggestion I have for you is to post this in the equipment forums or skimmers/filtration since there is a better chance of somebody their knowing more about bubble magnus skimmers than the reef chemistry crowd.
Or you could try contacting the company here.

He did post the question correctly in the Lighting/Filtration forum first.
Next time, I suggest waiting more than 30 minutes before getting upset and reposting it elsewhere. There are a bunch of people on RC that do nothing but answer the questions that havn't been responded to......just be patient.
Feel free to PM any of the TeamRC members, I am sure they all will be more than happy to help should you get lost in the crowd.
Hopefully everything will work itself out and you can get your part......

You can also take a look or post in the Bubble Magus forum in Lighting/Filtration. There is another supplier I just cant think of the name. I know it is listed in the forum.
I dont have many post. I ask a lot of questions and try to help when I can. With a little pacience I get the answers I need.
You might want to change your avatar. That might be what is scaring people away.

I saw your post and do not know the answer, which BTW is probably why most did not respond. The BM is not a widely used skimmer.
Now, wipe your sniffles/tears get over it and move on.
Now that your tears are all dry, look what I found.

I'm sure someone in here will be able to help.
How about trying a more civil post and starting over? Things get buried fast and threads get missed, it's a fact of life.
