Outlets?

Any idea why some outlets won't power up a device (fan, skimmer, anything) and others will, even when they're set to ON? 5A outlets, some work, some don't, even with them manually set to ON. ??

If you set them all to Manual ON and go across with a fan lets say, which outlet numbers (1-8) are working and which ones are not?

How many EB8s do you have? Does that number match what is showing up in the Apex?
