There were some mods that needed to be done to the "Suckclones" to make them work anywhere near properly. Do a search for Seaclone mods on google.

Take one of those mechanical filter sponges, cut a slit in it and slide it over the downward ramp that the water exits on. No more bubbles.

perfect candidate skimmer for doing a jimi hendricks impression with this halloween, just grab a head band, some lighter fluid, and a camera.

super cereal though,
go to aquatraders and buy one of those $39 CPR bakpak skimmer body knock-off's and a $15 maxi-jet 900 and mesh mod the impeller,
then u got skimming.
or buy one of the myriad of HOB skimmers out there now that actually work well for the comparable price of a new sea clown.
wot u tryin to skim?
