red flatworms on yuma

i got a red yuma about a month ago and it has never done well. today when looking at it, i got a good look at its underside, it had about 10 red spots that look like flatowrms. i dont see the worms anywhere else in my tank, but is it possible that i have red flatworms, dont know about it, and they are attacking my yuma?

put some saltwater in a bucket and dump some flatworm exit in there. Drop the rock witht he yuma and shake it for a while, let it sit for a few minutes and remove it. Hopefully they havnt spread yet.
