Will two get along or only true pair will be okay together? I've seen some chase each other around in the holding tanks before.
The reason I ask is that while picking up salt at the lfs I saw 3 in a holding tank but 2 were leaning straight up against the glass right next to each other. I figure even if this is not a true pair they seem to get along so I really can't go wrong getting both. The owner was busy with other customer with a big purchase so he asked if I can get them myself. The only problem was while I was trying to catch them all three went under a rock and I don't know if I got the right pair . Anyway, I caught the two I thought was the pair and bag them both together since it was only going to be 10 minutes getting home. When I got home both seem to be fine in the bag and after acclimating them both are in the QT. Both are about 3" with one slightly bigger than the other.
