Feeding Fish: how much, what and how often

This has been a subject I've wondered about so I'm going to throw the questions out there. When it comes to feeding your fish.

What do you feed them?
How much?
How often?

For example, I have a 220 with apx 14 fish and I feed..
1 sheet of Nori twice a week
mix of 3 cubes of frozen food daily (Mysis, spirulina enhanced brine shrimp, krill and marine cuisine)
pellets(2 tsp) once a week (Formula 1 & 2)

Do you feel your fish are getting enough food and nutrition without having to sacrifice your water quality?

75 gallon with 8 fish
I feed live brine- 1/2 tsp a day, frozen mysis or blood worms- 2 cubes a day and flake - 1 pinch a day.
I alternate between these. I soak the live brine and cubes in selcon.
my thought is that if they are growing fine they are getting enough nutrition. if they are not getting enough food they waste away and you can see their ribs

Well I have a 450 gallon display and 19 fish. I feed the following daily:

2 full sheets of nori
2 cubes of Formula Two
1 cube of Prime Reef
1 tsp freeze dried plankton
1 tsp of a mix of Thera A, Formula One and Two pellets

Once a week I add a couple of freeze dried krill to my feedings.

pinch of each when i wake up and when i come home from work :

kent herbivore
kent carnivore
freeze dried cyclopeeze
prime reef flakes

couple times a week i feed frozen mysis, and coral creole thats mostly for my LPS though.

stock list is :

1 2" atlantic blue tang
1 3" scopas tang
1 7" engineer goby
2 pajama cardinals
1 black molly
mated pair scooter blennies ( only the male eats prepared foods)
mated pair of neon gobies

40 breeder with 4 fish.

Occelaris, starry Blenny, Bangaii Cardinal, Rainfords Goby (rainfords has never eaten anything I put in the tank)

Once a day I feed 1/4 cube or less of 50/50 frozen.
pinch of pellets a couple times a week.

In my 185g, I feed my 12 fish a small piece of Rod's Food and a pinch of pellets each day. I also feed a 4"x4" sheet of nori each day for my foxface and tang.
