View Full Version : Where to get replacement pump?

I am interested in buying a psk-100h hang on back skimmer but I just wanted to make sure that I would be able to replace the pump if it gets worn out or breaks down. Also I heard some things about people having problems with the pumps so I just want to make sure I have options should anything happen. Thank you.

Yes, that’s true when we first launched the skimmer. We were having problem with the first batch. But since than we changed the pump to the Via Aqua and the problem is gone. They are selling the HOB skimmers on Ebay but some of the pumps are broke how much and how hard would it be to get them.

we don't suggest to buy from Ebay because if is the older version, the pump doesn't work that good. that's why we changed to the 2nd Generation with the newer version of pump.

no because it won't with the the PVC plumbings. you can buy the skimmer at your LFS or the top mail orders.

Before I buy I'm still not sure where to get replacement parts - pumps, impellers? Do any online stores sell parts, or does this have to be done via emails to Eshopps? Thanks.

right now the best is via email throught Eshopps.
