I have a Palmers milli and apink lemonadea dn aI have been playing with where to put them. So far I am not having much luck. Where does everyone with these coral have them as far as amount of light received and flow.

Thanks

My Pink Lemonade is in fairly high light (9" below 400w MHs) and high flow (close to Vortech MP40).

I suggest picking a spot and letting it be. IME, it's not a super fast grower and seems to appreciate stability.

I agree pick a spot and leave it. Moving it too often before it gets established in your tank will almost always bleach it. High light and high flow for both.

Lower light allows the pink lemonade to be a bit more green, so it just depends on how you want it to look. FWIW

My palmers is about 6 inches from the surface of the water. The flow pretty high in that area. My lights are 6 ATI Blue Plus 39W running workhorse ballasts and 4 Geismann Aquablue running of a IceCapp 660. The reflectors are TekII. Here is my lastest pictures.

It's a little more Blue than the pictures show. Still trying to get a good shot of it.

Did you get those as frags or larger pieces?

The palmers was about 1/4 to 1/2 when I got it from ReefReady and the Sunset Millie was about 1/2" from Atlantis.
