AC Jr Moonlight program, Need Help

I am just getting my program setup and need confirmation on the moonlight program. I want it to come on at 10pm and go off at 8 am. I am not sure what happens after midnight, since time would not be greater than 22:00. Which program do I need?

1)
If time > 22:00 then MLT ON
If time > 08:00 then MLT OFF

or

2)
If time > 00:00 then MLT ON
If time > 08:00 then MLT OFF
If time > 22:00 then MLT ON
