Maybe someone can answer my question. I have used CO2 for about two yrs I usually get around 6 months before I need to get my tank filled. This time I filled it and it only lasted a month. I always check for leaks I checked my co2 hose and noticed that it was slightly sticky.. Someone told me you supposed to use special tubing for co2. I have only used air tubing.
Any ideas
Thank you---------

Correct. CO2 hose is the proper hose to use. It's not really expensive either.

Yes you need silicone tubing otherwise you'll be losing CO2 through the tube. That can be a problem with longer tubing especially.

I wonder is this similar to ozone tubing.
