Alright, i was replacing the inlet tubing for my RO unit. When switching the tubing, i accidentally ripped out the entire inlet exposing and stripping? the thread of the cartridge allowing for the 1/4 tubing to fit. Can i buy just any other replacement cartridge? or is there a part i can buy off of your website to replace this part?

Hi Charles. Sorry but I'm not sure I understand your message. Did you rip out the little ring ("collet") that goes around the tubing and fits into the fitting? Or did you somehow ruin the lid of the housing in which the fitting is screwed?

OK. Is the sump on that housing clear as glass or does it have a slight purple tinge?

We have those housings in stock. Ordinarily, you'd need to buy a new housing, including the klid and sump, however, we have some extra lids in the shop we can send you at low cost. Would you like to call in and place the order?

Very cool. Could you instead send me a paypal invoice to my email address?

Thanks Russ for replying/responding extremely quickly. The item was shipped out the day i was able to pay. I was actually the one lagging!

Anyway, after receiving the package, i opened it and was a little disappointed. Turns out I ordered the wrong part! Entirely my fault as i failed to realize what I really needed. What did happen was that I was able to realize what I really needed and got my RO/DI unit working once again!

Thanks for the quick responses and fast shipping. I would send the product back but...it costs more to ship the part than the part itself!
