I go up to jays in NH http://www.jaysaquatics.net/

I'm just west of boston and there is nothing local worth going to. or at least nothing I know about.

greenwichaquaria.com

swampbottom in the berkshires is not too bad either, that's near where i grew up...

In ct we got puppy center thats full of ORA like you wont believe, greenwich aquaria has really nice stuff too, and some big tanks. House of Fins has some great corals, and often some rare fish too.

http://www.skiptonpetcenter.com/store/ in Roxbury, basically south Boston, has a pretty good coral selection, and some interesting fish. This is a store that caters to all pets, is not very large but the fish section is about 1/3 the store.

Jay's Aquatics in Salem NH is definitely the best for coral and is the largest in the area. We go there just to browse even when we don't need anything.

Tropical Isle in Framingham is another good resource, but their fish tanks are not well kept.
