How eliminate prazipro ?

Can I eliminate the prazipro from a reef, with carbon only??
or I must do a water change??

The active ingredient as I understand it is praziquantel:

Based on the look of its structure, it will bind to GAC, but I can't say how fast it will be exported, or how much might be bound to surfaces and such in the aquarium.

just do progressive water changes and up your gac, it will pull out fast in conjunction with your skimmer.

The bottle I got says to remove gac and uv. So, I would assume both would remove or break it down. Water change is also recommended on the bottle as well.
