it moves... my filtration system is not that strong so i dont know...

It's a hydroid. Is this a fairly new tank? If so, it will more than likely just disappear. I would say nothing to worry about.

the tank is over a year old...

You could always google it. It was my experience that they were harmless.

When I seen that in my tank I ended up have a glass nems outbreak. Ibought some peppermints and I have not seen one for 2 years.

if it's not a jelly could be a larva stage of a anemone type or Aiptasia/curly cue/ etc.

agreed. i'd guess it's this as well. pulling it out wouldnt hurt imo.
