I have a standard drilled 4 foot 90 gallon with a around 30-40 gallon sump/refugium diy from a 55 gal tank. I have mostly sps right now and zoa’s. Right now I have a micron filter bag and a coralife 125 skimmer. My question is I want to ditch the micron bag (because they are a PAIN IN MY ...) is there a skimmer I can plum to the over flow intake? If not what can I do to replace the filter bag?

You don't need a filter bag if you don't want to use one. Or you can use a different micron that won't clog as easy. Pretty much any recirc can hook up to your overflow if you want it to. But a skimmer and filter sock function differently.
