flash red/white, pump not running

i am using vortect MP40W
I just bought other MP40W. but the new one not running
The light go like this : red > red/white
I don't know how to fix this, nothing on the manual and internet
Anyone know how to fix this?

Try doing a software update by using your good pump to update the pump that is currently in red/white mode. This is outlined in the instruction manual. You can call us at the number below for some help too.

Hi Tim, I think something wrong with the driver. I can not do anything with it now. I try everything to make it work. It kept flashing red/white
