lets just say i get myself a new standard 48x24x18 75 gallon tank for xmas . and i will be keeping softies and lps and maybe just maybe some very easy and hearty sps. this tank would have a wooden canopey/hood. what brand and wattage t-5 retro would you get? i want something i can run when i am away and not worry about house fires. and i dont want to have to make my hood look like swiss cheese trying to mount cooling fans.
