Zoa melting?

About a week ago a friend gave me a frag of some very nice zoa's. I brought them home and acclimated them and they opened right up and looked great. Then over the course of a couple days my snails knocked them off the rocks and into the sand, this happened 3-4 times and each time they opened right back up and looked good. Up until the last time, now they haven't opened to 3 days and aren't looking so hot. Not real sure on what to do. Should i FW dip them and if so how is this exactly done for I have never done it. Should I dip them in revive? any suggestions would be appreciated. I am going to try and attach a pic, but we shall see about that. thanks
