Rhomboid busted lips? Bacteria or fungus infection?

Hey guys,
Well my rhomboid has been doing well up until yesterday when I noticed his lips looking funny. I do see him going up against the glass a lot so could it be just a physical injury? But then again, the lips look a little more swollen today then yesterday. This was the best pix I could take. Any experience with this?

still eating? i would wait a day or two..and research flukes..just in case

Yea hes still eating as we speak...this actually showed up after I treated my Display with prazipro

seems like rhomboids get alot of strange bumps/bruises on their head/mouth area, but most have said it goes away within a week or two. as long as hes still eating, don't stress him out and just keep feeding him
