What is this?

hey guys, this has been around my Zoa's for a while now, and they looked like they were doing fine, so I didn't bother worrying about it, but now they don't look to healthy. What is it? is it bad? how do I get rid of it?

I tried searching google for white worm hitch hikers or white furry worm, and nothing looked like it.

But its only one one piece, well 3 or four of them now, but the tips are like furry on one side, like a q-tip

check out a sea pen, see if that looks like it.

Check out some hydroid pics. The picture is blurry and it seems thicker than hydroids but it might be worth the look.

It's definitely a type of sponge, I have several of them in my refugium.
