Drilling Question?

Hello does anyone know if a 54 corner is tempered? I have a friend that just got a used one and might want to drill it.

i just sold my 54 corner, when I drained it and removed the sand there was a sticker that said "do not drill." Don't know how many companies make 54 corners but I figure there can't be many.

Most of them are tempered yes because they are big enough to need to withstand a lot of pressure, but small enough to not warrant using a thicker glass. Only way to really find out is to contact the manufacturer. Personally, I wouldn't risk it.
