This is my canopy. Would you consider it wrasse safe?

If you think it's no good as is, what tricks could I use to seal it while leaving the wires? I'm more concerned with eventually getting a mandarin, but I would like a nice flasher wrasse if possible.

If there is a million to one shot of a fish ending up on the floor, then it is my experience that you have a 50/50 shot of it happening. perhaps staple some mesh over the holes?

Yeah I think if you staple some mesh over those holes you should be a lot more secure.
