View Full Version : APEX: Lost ability to login remotely

I was able to log on to my new APEX on the LAN using both the default and my custom login name/pw. I set up everything this way on the webserver (setup outlets and timers etc)

I went to check the charts a little bit ago and it asked for login/pw. When I entered it, it cycles the login window (ie login/pw not accepted).

I have confirmed the login/PW are correct directly on the controller panel. I have even changed the login/PW but that didnt help.

Any ideas?

I know it might sound stupid, but could the caps lock be on?

I am not positive, but you may need to perform a network restart after a password change. I seem to recall back when I first set up my Apex a similar issue. I could telnet in with the new password but had to use the old password with the web interface. A restart synced things up.
