HI. I was at MACNA this year and purchased a dual stage carbon and GFO reactor without media for $50. I finally got around to setting-up the reactor the other day, and there is a major issue with it. The inlet size on the canister tops is 1/4". This size should be used for making RO water, not for media fludization. The media doesn't even begin to tumble. I'm guessing this was a mistake and the caps should have been at least 3/8" or, better yet, 1/2". Would it be possible to get some larger inlet caps? This unit is basically useless to me at this point. If you send replacement caps, I will gladly return the other caps. Thank you.
