Question for the jbj 28 gal tank owners

I just bought and set up a jbj 28 gal nano. I dont have a protein skimmer or uv sterilizer and know i need one. The nano tank is stock no sump below. Is their a uv sterilizer out their they make for the back compartment? and if their is can you fit both of them in the rear chambers? Thanks

You dont need a UV. Get the Dimensions of a submariner and measure. They look small, they might fit. If not there are plenty you can setup to HOB like the Turbotwist.

I agree I have had mine up for right at a year without one and have used the stock skimmer. I did have to get a chiller and now all is well :-)

Tunze 9002 skimmer fits PERFECT in the back mid chamber and rocks you can pick up a mod'd collection cup for less then $30. UV just skip it, not needed at all unless you are going the reckless no QT way and even then it wont help for 1/2 the stuff that could have been fixxed with a QT.
