Ive seen some photos that look very close, but they are photos. your best bet will be either 3:3 aquablue to blue plus ratio, or 2:4 aquablue to blue plus (or comparable bulbs).

It wont have the shimmer but the light will be more intense in a more areas, less of a hot spot in the center, and be more evenly distributed.

I have had the radiums and now a 6 bulbs sunpower. I am running 3 and 3.2 ati blue plus and 2 ati aquablue specials. It is close kinda in between what I am running and 2 ati aquablues and 4 ati blue plus.

What makes you think this? Just curious under what grounds you make this assumption. I think you can get pretty damn close to any look you want with the right combo of T5s just without the shimmer (unless you supplement with LEDS or something of the like for that shimmer).

in the T5 Q and A thread you should ask the grim reefer, he seems to know a lot about T5 lighting combinations and responds quick too. I asked the same question and am going to try it out this weekend. I only have a 4x24" setup.

This will get you very close,

4 Ati blue plus (460nm blue color)
1 Fiji Purple (very pink look to it and not too bright)
1 UVL 75/25 (white with a small tint of purple to it)
