Anyone know any national chain stores that sell short lengths of acrylic tube? I only need two 12" sections or so (of different diameters), so don't want to buy the long sections sold by plastics suppliers...

I also need black sheet acrylic, but again, only a few small pieces. Home Depot only seems to have clear sheet.

Not sure of any national chains that would deal in it, but I've always ordered from USplastics.com.

I don't know of any national chain stores either but I imagine they would charge the same amount that an acrylic tank builder would charge you (to get raw material).

I believe lowe's carries white sheet. Dunno if that would work, but ti isn't clear so I figured I would mention it.

I revised my plans. All I need now is a single 8" length or so of ~1 3/4" tube. The quality doesn't really matter, either. Perhaps I'll just make it out of PVC, though it would have been cool if it had been clear.
