View Full Version : how close to centerbrace should water be?

exactly as it says i sometimes wander because my water seems a tad high, although no problems with flooding or anything. my water is basically touches my center brace...just sucks scraping algae off :hmm5:

Most people run the level even with the bottom of the outside trim on the tank. (~1" down.) Hides the water line, but leaves some room also.

ahh okay im down about .75" or so i guess sometimes i just worry because it touches the centerbrace alot....

The fix is just lower the water level a little bit, no more touching. (unless that will show the water line)

^^ i cant lower the water level basically the tank has a glass overflow with a plastic cover lol...
