I have this stuff growing on my LR. Is it good or bad? I think it's some sort of Sponge but not sure.

I also have these little white thinks starting to grow on my LR too. They are a lil hard to see.

The yellow stuff is sponge and is fine in your tank, it is a filter feeder and should help with water quality. The other is too small for me to tell.

I have those all over my reef, they aren't bad at all. Some of your fish may eat them eventually. I have small purplish sponges in my FOWLR.
