tiny mantis?

I moved a piece of live rock into a barebottom tank and started seeing small whitish mantis-looking shrimp on the bottom. I pulled the rock out and found about 20 shrimp up to 1/2 inch long. Now I see them in the sump of my other tank. Any ideas what they are?

Probably an amphipod. Does it look like this? I took this under a digital microscope.

Copopod or Amphipod. Totally normal and harmless.

They look just like the pict bongo posted. Now they're dottyback food.
