Aquasurf not responding

Took my Tunzes out to clean them and when I went to put them back in the aquasurf won't communicate with them at all. I can't turn them off, can't run them on auto.
And actually when I plug them into the aquasurf I get a power loss from them. Feels like they are running at like 70%.
Is there anyway to reset the aquasurf? I left the tunzes off of it last night so it didn't have power but today it's the same thing.

That sounds odd but you can reset the AquaSurf bu unplugging the control plug and plugging back in (that will re-upload the pump profiles). I've also seen changing from manual off and back to auto so work. You should always be able to control them though (that worries me)...

Tried the manual, off, auto trick, it didn't work. Odd, one of them is working now but if I plug that cord into the other tunze it still doesn't work. And the cord from the unresponsive tunze won't auto run or turn off the one that is working. Tried a new set of cords and still the same thing.
