did a search on this- and didn't come up with what I was looking fro- apologizes if this is standard issue questioning.

I have 2 tunze 6100s/ 6000s and an aquasurf. I want for a few minutes every hour to get the big big waves in my 5 foot 185... (which is easy with programing to get the wave cycle on and off)

BUT
Can I run the Tunze between 0% and 100% to give a better boost to the wave, rather than being stuck at the 30-100% level? right now my pattern is running at .8 seconds on and .8 seconds off. I have heard warnings about burning the pumps out.

Thanks!

Matt

I asked the same question to Tunze and was told that the pumps can be run at 0%, 30-100% (the wave box cycles 0, 100%). What causes problems is 1-29%.

You should be OK cycling 0 and 100.

so the rapid 0- 100% isn't a problem :) amazing :)
