What outlets for MH ballasts?

I seem to remember that certain outlets on the power strip where designed for MH ballasts...soft start, I think it's called. I've just started using MH lights so I forget which ones to use.

Soft start if for power heads, ports 4 and 8 are best saved for small devices (e.g., C02, Aqualift pumps, etc) but really any outlet can handle MHD.
