I have one PX1000 attached to my ACIII Pro. I am running a temp probe and a pH probe on the PX1000. These are set up as TmpA and pHA1.

But I also have TmpB and pHB1 showing up on the controller even though I don't have a second PX1000 or a third temp and pH probe.

Is this normal or can I make the TmpB and pHB1 go away?

Neptune can walk you through the edit; sometimes it will clear itself if you disconnect the PX1000, wait a few minutes and reconnect but Neptune can tell you how to fix it if that doesn't work.

My PX1000 actually disappeared all together but the "B" expansion, the one that doesn't exist, still showed up. I unplugged it for at least 30 minutes and plugged it back in. "A" showed back up but "B" was still there. "B" is also showing an ORP reading and I don't have any ORP probes at all.

Does Neptune check these forums or are they only for member to member feedback?

The forums are primarily member supported; the best way to get support is to call or email Neptune. Their email is support@neptunesys.com
