Here are my test result for 11-17 and 11-15 the problem is that my Nitrate is high this time can someone help with this,also I jsut did a 10% water change yesterday and this is a mixed reef tank of 150 gallons

There's a couple things you can do.

1. Get some macro algae like chaeto.
2. If you can fit bigger pieces of rock to help finish the nitrogen process. 10lbs plus pieces.
3. Water changes of course.

I believe ideally your nitrate should be around 5ppm. That way your corals have something to feed off of. If you keep your nitrates at 0 constantly, they won't color as much as they should.
