Another ORA - Anyone know whaat one?

I purchased this about a year ago from an LFS and it was sold as an ORA. I cant remember what it was called, so its here for the experts. Ideas?

Looks a lot like the ORA blue tort I have except the base is light instead of green, maybe bleached?
