What is the corrcet Alk level?

Hi, Anybody use this? Have a 72G mixed tank with lps, sps, and softies.

I recently bought a test kit (Instant Ocean) to test for Alkalinity...it says to count the number drops X 15m= the Alk level at #mL per part... No where in the packet indicates what the ideal Alk level should be.

I'm currently recording 6-7 drops which is about 90-105ml.

My cal. level is 550.

Ok , next questions are now how should I increase the Alk level to reach the 125-200...I have Alk solution prep'd... how much should I dose per day without having any problems?
Should I stop dosing cal. while I'm increasingthe Alk?
