APEX vs APEX LITE

So, I've been following the development of the Apex systems and have been planning on getting one of these babies for Christmas, and then the Lite was developed. SO I was wondering if someone could break it down and give me a comparison of what is not included on the Apex LITE, that is on the Apex. Thanks in advance for anyone who can offer some help.
